The toothbrush twists up like lipstick.

Marks: Made in Hong Kong
Condition: Due to being in storage for 60+ years it has discoloration and a couple of dings. Also, the top just sits on the brush part - it doesn't click into place. Im not sure if it was ever supposed to be more secure than that.
