Layaway is available for items over $100 with a 20% Non-refundable deposit.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of putting an item on hold.
I work with customers individually to work out a payment schedule that suits both of us. A payment must be made each month.
Items must be paid in full within 4 months of the initial down payment.

They will show normal wear. Though I try to note any flaws and often get the opinion of professional jewelers, note that some items may require buffing, polishing and/or minor repairs.

2. Item must be returned via the original shipping method with tracking and insurance. Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

I do not reimburse for sizing, alterations or repairs of any kind for any reason.
I no longer offer sizing services. For the perfect fit, sizing is best done by your local jeweler.
Returns/refunds are not available for items that have been altered or sized.
All of the vintage earrings sold here at Bejeweled Emporium have been steam cleaned and sanitized using a professional sanitizing solution made specifically for jewelry.
Because of this cleaning and sanitizing process, earrings are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
Remove your inlay jewelry before washing dishes, showering/bathing, swimming or working with your hands.
Also avoid exposing your inlay jewelry to lotion, chemicals or extreme temperature changes and prolonged exposure to water.
Inadvertent "banging" or sudden impact of the stones may damage the stones or cause them to fall out.
DO NOT try to adjust your inlay bracelets.
If a stone falls out, keep it and have it reset by an experienced silversmith. If you need recommendations, feel free to contact me.
Due to the delicate nature of inlay, Inlay jewelry is non returnable.
Multiple and additional photos are taken of each and every item prior to sale and prior to shipping. In many cases I video the packaging process so that we are both protected if an insurance claim becomes necessary. I am also able to positively identify any damages or differences to an item after shipment for this reason.
This helps assure that you receive the item that I sent in the same condition as advertised, and helps assure that if there are any problems, that I receive insurance claim reimbursement by being able to prove that the item was sent in good condition.
Clear, unaltered photos may be requested prior to a return agreement.
